4 WAYS TO PLACE AN ORDER:

• Shop Online: The majority of our orders are received this way. As soon as you press the "Process Order" button, we get the order and that means we start to prepare it too! We check incoming orders hourly from Monday to Friday.

• Call Toll-Free: 1-855-648-7500 from anywhere in the U.S.! A great way to order if you have any questions you'd like to ask during the order process. Talk to a "live" person, Monday to Friday (8:30am-4pm EST)

• Fax Toll-Free: 1-866-459-2696  Yeh, I know nobody faxes anymore! But if you do here's the number.

• E-Mail: sales@tacticalnotebookcovers.com Just list out on your email what you would like to order. We'll confirm with a return email or call you up on the phone to give you the order total and clarify any questions we may have. Please DO NOT send credit card number details. You can either follow up the email with a call to provide your credit card details, or give us your phone number and we'll be happy to call you back. 

Returns/Exchanges?

Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days from shipment date. However, we do not accept returns on Custom Work, Nametapes, Modified or Embroidered Products, Used Items or Dirty Product. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper and we strongly recommend shipping with a tracking number (so the return can be verified).  We'll take care of any return shipping charges on defective products that have been repaired or replaced.

You must call or email us at  info@tacticalnotebookcovers.com, before returning anything, so we know it’s coming back and we can keep an eye out for it.
